These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and B2B fantasy sports solutions (the “Services”). By accessing our website or engaging with our Services, you (“Client,” “Partner,” or “Operator”) agree to comply with these Terms.
Lockz.com is operated by LOCKZ FS SRL, a duly registered company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica with Corporate Id. No. 3-102-928315.

1. Eligibility
Our Services are offered strictly to registered businesses and licensed operators in the gaming, entertainment, or digital services industries. By using our Services, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into binding commercial agreements on behalf of your organization.

2. Services Provided
Lockz offers B2B fantasy sports solutions including iframe integration, turnkey platforms, and white label products.Features, pricing, and revenue-sharing arrangements are subject to a separate commercial agreement between Lockz and each Client.Lockz reserves the right to update or modify its Services at any time to improve performance, security, or compliance.

3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, or certifications required for operating fantasy sports or gaming activities.You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to copy Lockz’s proprietary technology, software, or content.

4. Fees & Payments
All fees, setup costs, monthly subscriptions, and revenue shares are defined in the commercial agreement signed between Lockz and the Client.Payments are due as per agreed timelines. Late payments may incur interest charges.Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property
Lockz retains all rights, titles, and interest in its software, trademarks, logos, content, and technology.Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Lockz’s Services for the agreed duration of the commercial agreement.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, or financial information as confidential.Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for a period of three (3) years.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lockz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding six (6) months.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership in accordance with the commercial agreement or for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use Lockz’s Services shall cease immediately.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Chosen Jurisdiction, e.g., Malta or Gibraltar]. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
